Wellstar Integrated Marketing Campaign
In the Atlanta market, it’s a very competitive space. Staying top of mind in the competitive Atlanta healthcare market is essential. The healthcare system of WellStar wanted immediate community and marketing visibility.
Partnering with the marketing team and agency, I managed initial research to final reporting. I designed the project approach, conducted the agency selection process, drove deadlines and decisions on creative, coordinated with internal teams for content support, and managed reporting for executive stakeholders.
The campaign gained higher than average health industry performance metrics.
NomadX Interim Marketing Director
The remote work trend is now increasing, but early adopter NomadX wanted to drive host & guest demand for their rental marketplace for digital nomads.
Serving as an interim CMO for the travel startup, I traveled to Lisbon, Portugal and managed a 6 week sprint with the onsite team assembled. We implemented the host acquisition & onboarding process, revamped website content, and conducted nomad guest research (to learn that community & productivity support were priority).
The team is now successfully focusing on platform growth and fundraising, while accelerating programming, resources, and tools to their community.
Digital Audit & Governance Program
As a global brand with hundreds of local marketing efforts, The Coca-Cola Company marketing teams leverage and build digital assets to engage millions of consumers around the globe. However, all of the initiatives had scattered IT resources, increased marketing development costs, and raised marketing ROI questions.
With CMO support, I led a global digital audit and inventory of 2200+ digital assets, tools and platforms to assess impact, the cost-benefit analysis, and present the resulting recommendation. We also developed and engaged a group for a hands-on co-design workshop to map inventory learnings and create actionable work streams from the project.
